BookDefy allows students to exchange textbooks with their classmates. It also shows them where they can buy the cheapest textbooks. A student can finance their textbook purchases with student loans, meaning that buying books through the bookstores ultimately could cost students $20,000 to $30,000. BookDefy puts a stop to this.
Assign old editions
Students are always asking if you can use old editions of a textbook. With BookDefy, you can specify (and then the student can easily find) the old editions of a textbook that you will allow them to use. No more guesswork, and you can give life to books that are otherwise destined for a landfill!

BookStores generally will only let you assign the newest versions of a textbook. This means that you have to learn a brand new book, especially if you like and are comfortable by the edition you are using.
